K10D with Sigma 10-20mm zoom at about 10mm. Can't remember the exposure exactly but at ISO 400 it would be about f6.3 at 1/2000th. These are both nearly full frame. The spinnaker pole on the boat in the second shot cleared my left ear by about 6 inches. Talk about getting close to your subjects! http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/rtaylor/PICKS/SAILING/IMGP7205.jpg.html http://tinyurl.com/2zbq7y http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/rtaylor/PICKS/SAILING/IMGP7216.jpg.html http://tinyurl.com/2hyxtg Comments always encouraged. Wadda'ya think - too much wide angle effect in the second? Regards, Dick _______________________________________________ Leica Users Group.
