Grew up in Trenton, and spent lots & lots of time along the river  
between there and Lambertville or so.

I recall one evening buzzing up the river road and having the right  
front wire wheel of my MG fly off towards the Delaware river (the  
first of three such incidents.)

Took some of my earliest snaps around there; here's one from 1970.  
( I don't quite know what I was thinking...)
