  At some point in the workflow, the image was reprocessed  roughly as tho 
it 
  had been enlarged beyond the normative limit of the sensor.  This has 
never 
  happened in my experience. It could be a monitor problem.  Reprocess the 
image in 
  Irfanview setting the size to Best for Monitor. See what  happens. If you 
get 
  the same effect, then something is wrong with the camera  setting.
