All are running Final Cut Pro and related software. The G5s have have hardware capture boards which accelerate some effects so its hard to get a good comparison, but the G5s hold their own for the most part. The Intel machine loads everything faster and feels quicker. Where you really see the difference is rendering files for the web or DVD. There the Intel machine seems to be quite a bit faster.
