Subject: [Leica] Hoppy does Barcelona - first report

The main defence is simply to be aware of what's going on around you - and
as photographers, particularly as Leica photographers, we should be at an
advantage there. I've personally never had a problem in Barcelona, but my
mother-in-law had her bag stolen - better that than be hurt.

Chicken wire? That's a new one on me <grin>.

I don't want to sound patronising, I'm all in favour of being careful, but
this does seem a little paranoid - I've travelled a lot in Europe and never
had to resort to these techniques.
