How many times have you, Jeery, been in Barcelona? I believe street 
crime is far behind New York or any of the towns you mentioned where 
excepting Tijuana I've visited. I travel to Barcelona several times 
every year for the last forty years and *never* had an incident. I've 
seen once an incident so the average is rather good.
