Sound like you can't go wrong with this if it is as described.
Check the listings in ibmwr dot org...but it seems prices for this vintage 
run between 3 & 4K, and one with this low mileage will probably be worth it.
My first beemer was a silver R60/5 and my current ride is a 92 R100/GS 
(bumblebee), which is good transport for a Leica.
I think highly of the /5 series.
