Ted
Is it possible you mixed up Iran and Afghanistan? Because NATO troops
fighting Taliban happens in Afghanistan, not Iran. Iran is an islamic
republic, and though their leader, Ahmadinejad, is a fundamental extremist,
he is not officially linked to the Taliban, and the situation in Teheran can
not be compared with Kabul.
Just my 2 Rials! :-)
