Just been looking at the Fotodiox adapters - the Pro Grade ones seem to 
be from Kindai - very close to the quality of Novoflex (if not better) - 
must be good they're marketed by Novoflex over here. The Fotodiax Leica 
and CO/Y adapters are sold over here by enjoyyourcamera.com - these are 
also excellent quality and are also available with  focus confirmation 
chips for around 80 Euros (they are built in China). What's 
disappointing is the quality of the Rollei QBM to EOS adapter (for those 
lovely Zeiss lenses) The construction is rather rough and the tab to 
depress the diaphragm pin easily breaks off - this one is also marketed 
in Europe by enjoyyourcamera.
