I think one should disregard internet chatter - it is the vocal minority
piping up. At home we (8 computers/laptops) use Vista, with Microsoft
Windows Home Server for automated backup, and I haven't had any problems at
all. Microsoft sends out a 120 day limited licence copy of WHS for the cost
of shipping, and I encourage people to try it out.
