I bought a Minolta Dual Scan 3 a number of years back -- I'm sure 
they've updated the model. Good quality, 10.5 Mpixel scans from 35mm, 
useful software. Should be available second hand, they cost about $300 
when new, so superb VFM. An example of what I get from it:
