And I am sure the Chinese would much prefer, well, Chinese. The 
Indians prefer the Indians etc. :-)

What was the joke? In Heaven: your cook is French, you butler is 
British, and your lover is Italian and in Hell: your cook is British, 
your butler is Italian, and your lover is French?
