Luis:

I usually dislke heavily "Photoshopped" images.

I believe strongly in the , "What You See Is What You Get" school.   
Maybe adjust the contrast, brightness, saturation and crop if needed.   
Good printer, good paper, a little patience.  But nothing more.

In this case, I agree with your intent in that the truth of the moment  
and the image you created are probably only microseconds apart in real  
time.

A very engaging image.
