Subject: [Leica] Early Birthday present

Well today we went to Sammy's Camera in Santa Ana, or is it Costa Mesa?  I 
was looking for a WA lens, but nothing used, and not anything else.  Bummer! 
 But then I noticed a white Leica Box sitting on the bottom shelf...  A 21 
Elmarit Asph!  I managed to give the poor husband look and after a bit of 
talking and discussion  She allowed me to buy the lens for an early birthday 
present...My birthday is friday the 4th, so it is a bit early, but I have 
been told it is my birthday gift for the next 300 years!  It is also 6 bit 
coded for the M8, and it is a chrome version so it is a bit bright against 
my black M.  But who cares as it is a very nice lens.  I will try to post 
some shots with it in the next few days, but my wireless access is a bit 
scarce right now.
