Have another photograph taken without the hat, and much tighter in. Then it could be (relatively) recognized depending on what the local bedroom arrangements are between the PD and the local paper(s). The LA Times, uses its own similarly designed pictured (of course without hats) credential. And oh, you never, ever, show product names. I mean, good grief Jim, are they paying you for product placement!!! s.
