I agree, the thumbs up on my M8 has saved me a lot of "pain" in my fifth
digit, which was becoming a real problem with the heavier lenes (75 lux and
50 nocti)

Cheers

LUG:

I don't know how many of you have tried the Thumbs Up. I was
skeptical that I could use it with my poor arthritic thumbs, but Tim
Isaac sent one for me to try out on my M8 and I wouldn't be without
it now. Instead of putting pressure on my thumb, as I was afraid it
might, it just gives a great balance to the camera and makes it
easier to hold even with my arthritic hands. I'm sure I can hold the
camera steadier with it and my hand doesn't cramp after holding it
for hours. I'm definitely going to order one for my other M8:

Tim Isaac and Tom Abrahamson both make wonderful additions to the
Leicas. Just a happy Thumbs Up user!
