That's because photobucket.com originally rejected jpg images when I first
tried it.  I can't agree with you more--the gifs look at though they were
scrubbed against a rock.

Just tried it again with a jpg image--it was accepted.

Jim, I've often wondered why you post your marvelous pictures as GIFs. In
black and white that's not too bad, but GIF really doesn't do justice to a
color image.
