Subject: [Leica] an old fence
From: al.crouch at earthlink.net (al crouch)

Granted this is a very attractive photograph, but what is the story of this
post? What could be the purpose of the unusual shape of the hanger wire
loop that appears to have been hung on one of the nails in the wooden cross
piece? And what are the nails doing tacked into the top of the wooden
piece? If this were just a random, abandoned fence post, it could easily
have wire wrapped on it, but not wood, and not odd hanger wire loops.
Sorry to divert from the main topic which is the photo and not the subject,
but it is quite a puzzle. Thanks, Steve, for sharing this one.
