Sunny.

No, engineers are very poor spellers, and also very bad in grammar and 
syntax.  I majored in English
before switching to engineering.  I have degrees in both.

Bad grammar and spelling have a way of worming their way into the 
language, for example "ain't" and
"irregardless".

I was a classmate of  Bill Safire whoe writes the "On Language" column 
for the NY Times  We are
both continually irritated by improper use of our language.

Thanks for the link.  I never could find gaffers tape before.

BTW,  how did the wedding go?  Is Chris Nola allowed to show some photos 
of it?
