Yes, definitely used some tilt. The camera was about 6 inches off the 
ground. Also used a polarizer (-1-2/3 stops) and 2 ND filters; a .6 and 1.2.
It was a fun shot, though I was a bit contorted!

Bob, this is a beautiful shot. It looks like it was taken with a view? 
camera. You have to love lots of pixels. I noticed you used f16. Did? 
you also use the tilt feature for more DOF as well? The long exposure? 
was magic to the look of the water.
