I certainly agree with you Frank. In my younger days I built and  
raced stock cars on oval track. All the power in the world is useless  
if you can't keep the car on the track. I spent much more time  
getting the handling right then tweaking the engine. I never cared  
for or pay any attention to drag racing. To me it only takes money,  
not a lot of talent to win a race.
