This is a detail of an abandoned grain mill.  I believe the story is that in
c. 1954 an entrepreneur bought all of the equipment and had it rebuilt.  His
idea was to make a state-of-the-art mill in a developing country...Cuba, in
this case.  Which he did, about a year before Castro messed up the sandbox.
