I wouldn't worry much about an 85 with 90 framelines and a few Leica
users haven't either, using an 85 Sonnar (or Jupiter-9) on their
Leicas. Not many, mind you, but Zeiss is probably not aiming at the
mass-market :-)

I got burned a lot using a 40 with 35mm framelines. That never worked
for me. I frame too tightly.
