I could, but I can't.
I have the translation here, but although it's already old hat. I'm 
still under an NDA from my agency not to publish it.

"Quantity can't replace quality" is good enough, but is not quite what 
Dr K meant when you consider the context of the rest of his speech.

The two halves of Geoff's quote are about a page and a half apart in the 
original copy. The first part refers to a comparison between Japanese 
volume production policies and the policies at Leica. The second part 
refers to allaying the common preconception that many think that Leica 
has been caught napping by the digital revolution and has neglected the 
R-System
