In the LA area, there is a small chain of Italian markets called Claro?s.
My wife has been going to them since high school days, way back when?. When
we visit her family, we always seem to end up there. The smells are
fabulous. Too bad they can?t be captured on ?film?. And the samples are
scrumptious. The last few times we always seem to get the same butcher and
he remembers us. We popped in a few weeks ago and he right away said
something about his customers from Yakima. It is usually 3-5 months between
visits. This particular store is in Upland.

I took a few shots while I was there. Usually the place is crawling with
people, but we happened to get there just as they opened, so I was able to
shoot w/o too many people in the way.

Our friendly butcher hard at work.

Highly recommend a visit if you live there or are visiting.
