It isn't on Leica's  list as you noted. You could experiment with 011101,
which is for the current Summilux 35 ASPH. If you wanted.

Is there a coding for the older, pre-ASPH 35F1.4 Lux?

Last time I looked, I did not find this lens listed......Has someone done a
"hack" and the coding should be the same as....some other lens?
