It seems
most people
like to bypass
"WELL REGULATED"
in the language
of the second amendment;
which reads,
"A well regulated Militia,
being necessary to the security of a free State,
the right of the people to keep and bear Arms,
shall not be infringed."

At the moment
many of our gun owners
(most especially the criminal elements)
are neither "well regulated"
nor a member of any "militia"

Fond regards,
George
