Tina,

What a charming photo, and what a great sounding menu. Very southern, yes?
We always have Roast beef with roast potatoes, parsnips, asparagus, red wine
and salad. No deviation is permitted by the kids! The grand kids are also
coming over. Grandpa usually has a little single malt for strictly medicinal
purposes!

PESO:

Merry Christmas, everybody!

http://www.pbase.com/tinamanley/image/107403258

For tomorrow, I'm cooking a country ham, sweet potato casserole,
collard greens, and brussel sprouts, and pecan pie and pumpkin
cheesecake. All from the farm except the ham which came from North Carolina.
Tonight we have oyster stew.

Anybody else have a traditional Christmas Eve or Christmas Day dinner?

Tina
