promoting the Canon 50D and EF 800mm f/5.6 IS

Look at the full-sized photos of the bull moose and griz and tell me if you
think these are effective photos for promoting this equipment.

Two questions come to mind:

) have standards dropped so much that these are considered sharp?

) what was Canon thinking?
