Pretty simple this year for us: Tonight - Homemade French Onion soup with 
cheese croutes. Homemade ice cream (I used 3.25% milk).
 
New Years Day - Grilled top sirloin steak seasoned with Mexican spices, 
Mexican rice, cauliflower and NY style cheesecake.
