Jim I gotta tell you. I think the focus does belong on the camera ;-)
And the shot belongs in Steve's gallery!

Thanks for looking, and for the kind words.  For me, it was difficult to
raise the camera to my eye, focus using the finder as well as the
focus-confirmation spot, and then lower the camera and guess where to point
it.  The camera features gave better contrast for focusing, so it came out
sharp. I think I prefer it that way.

Yes, I tried it in BW, and it works that way as well, but the camera really
stands out in BW.
