Frank, that is a thoroughly dishonest man and a thoroughly dishonest Tokyo 
techie-Lab. They had to know it was a 40-year-old lens and to complain it 
was not new is too outrageous for words. They wouldn't have got their money 
back from this outraged seller.    :-(
