Hi Bob,


Yes, Colleen is quite helpful. ?I will be calling her on Monday myself, as 
my R8/DMR arrived there this past Thursday and I want to make sure they have 
it in their system and get an idea of how long it will be gone. ?I hated to 
give it up right now, but the shutter lock up problem has caused me to miss 
too many great bird/eagle shots lately.
