Well those signs are all part of Mardi Gras.

St Charles/Napoleon Ave during the parades is always family friendly, always 
has been. Except we had 2 dumbasses shooting people on 2nd/St Charles, but 
that block is much further down than where we live. 3rd World Country, what 
can ya do?

There's just one tattoo shot showing, now my wife could tell you there are 
some hidden :)
