sRGB makes a HUGE difference.  If you don't convert before you upload 
almost anywhere on the web, your colors will be awful!  I hate 
that.  I have to keep separate files for the web and stock.  Why 
doesn't everybody use the same color space???!!!  I like ProPhotoRGB 
for printing but it's much too large to display on the web.
