I'm afraid that I'm going to have to pass, at 
least for the time being as I am rather 
time-jammed.  I know almost nothing about 
extension tubes as I do not use them and thus 
have to research the issue.  I do know that your 
rig ought to have a tube engraved "1:1" but I'll 
have to go to ground for some hours to ascertain the precise length.

Sorry that I don't have the information in my data banks!
