For German language readers:

The local paper, Braunschweiger Zeitung, 4th March 2009

Not quite gone yet:

An assessor has been engaged to assess whether the insolvency process
may be begun and whether a liquidator should be appointed.

Behind the scenes management problems (in January of this year) between
the majority shareholder (Schmid) and the board on past and future
policy appear to have been the reason for one of the board (Bodo
Fischer) leaving the company.

A spokesman of the courts in Braunschweig said that the grounds for
insolvency are being investigated and an expertise should be finished by
the end of this week. The 131 employees are hoping for a positive outcome.

Cheers
Douglas
