Just to add the detail, please view the following data from the Leica  
site;

Macro Elmar 90                      closest focusing distance:  
0.77m.          smallest object size (with adapter):     161 x 241 mm.
Apo. Summicron 75               closest focusing distance:  
0.75m.          smallest object size:                                
169 x 264 mm.
Summarit 75                            closest focusing distance:  
0.90m.          smallest object size:                                
238 x 357 mm.
