Subject: [Leica] Ultimate travel Tripod... - not worthy of the Leica item??

I have it in mind you can put the Leica ballhead (long not short) on
the Leica mini tripod and (with the camera on it of course) hold it
tightly to your chest to make a sort of shoulder (well, chest) stock
for hand holding where tripods or monopods are not allowed.

Now, if my mini tripod was where I thought it was I could prove or
disprove this memory.
