[Leica] IMG: signs of crisis in Alicante

Thanks for looking, Ken. Here in Spain there is no Communist Party  
anymore. There is a small left-wing party which was formed out of the  
remnants of the CP and other parties on the extreme left, Izquierda  
Unida ("united left") but they actually lost seats in the last  
election about 1 year ago (i.e. before the crisis hit Spain), as did  
the nationalist parties. The two winners were the two main parties,  
the governing Socialist party and the opposition Popular party  
(conservatives), at the expense of the fringes.
