Douglas,

I ran across this image when I was rebuilding my website. It was taken in
2005 when a small group of fellow photographers trekked into the Chin State
in NW Burma. The Chin are fiercely independent from the Burmese government,
but the existing junta leave them more or less alone. Isolation may be an
easier answer than annihilation.
