The Panasonic P2 is still used in video cameras. But devices that can read 
it are extremely expensive. I would take the card to a media conversion 
company and have them use their expensive  AJ-PCD10G unit to read your card 
and copy its data to some DVDs.

Then I would sell your P2 on eBay while it still has value.

If you have an ExpressCard slot you can use a "Duel Adapter" [sic] to do 
this:
