Yes indeed. Florida has a climate which attracts many nutcases. Have to 
admit they aren't all from north of the Mason-Dixon line. The cobra in 
question escaped from a home-grown nutcase who collected venomous animals. 

It seems there is nothing too farfetched for one to aspire to. Want to keep 
cobras and other dangerous animals in your home? Have to buy a permit. Want 
a machine gun? Again, just fill out the required forms and hand over some 
cash.

Your daily take on life needs an uplift? Don't  search out the local homeboy 
drug dealer simply let BlueCross/BlueShield foot the bill. Our doctors keep 
more folks high than most Colombian drug lords. :)
