Seems that more of these incidents have not yield better understanding of Free Speech and the rights of the photographing public on PUBLIC Lands as it were. The revamped NYC guidelines is a glimmer of hope. Thomas Hawks' blog has detailed some of the transgressions. Let us know how this turns out.
