Nice portraits, if I may call the first one so  ;-)
Both so true to life :-D

I don't know if the second one is underexposed, maybe simply too 
contrasty as seen from here, the skin is ok++, but the shadows and the 
hair are slightly too dark for detail - on my screen.
Charming young lady in any case, nice composition with the bunch of flowers.
