Subject: [Leica] M6 and MP differences?

The M6ttl battery dies very quickly if the camera isn't turned off so to 
speak.  So fast that I wondered if their wasn't a circuit problem.  This is 
the main reason (as well as the flair issue) that I changed to the 
MP.  I've changed the battery in the MP once in 3 years and I was happy to 
use it without a battery for a few months.
