Ken,

I have lived and worked in oil country.  Driving "real fast" would only 
make the situation worse.

I'm just answering..  I am an aerospace engineer and know a bit about 
air flow.

I also know that those horns are in very bad taste and would be illegal 
in most European countries,
just like a lot of hood ornaments that would cause gross bodily injury 
if they contacted a pedestrian.
