[Leica] Kodachrome - where to get?

I am not home at the moment, it used to be box 14 Hemel Hempstead in the UK, 
burned into my memory. IIRC the list of addresses for each country (each 
continent nowadays probably) is in the box. Kodachrome has only been sold in 
the UK process paid, I have never seen it otherwise, though I know it was 
available non-process paid in the US.
