I guess even Mac Geniuses screw up sometimes.  Hang in there, you'll  
love it in the end.

I've never had a bad experience with Mac repair.  But, then, I've only  
had to take Macs in twice over 25 years of use over eight or so  
different Mac computers, so maybe my experience isn't typical.
