My new one (arriving today) was shipped from there. Lenovo authorized service station is four blocks from my house. The Mac is Eric's, and was required by the music department at his University. They have on-campus support, but this is summer, and OKC is eight hours drive. Nearest Mac tech is in Shreveport, eighty miles away. He kept it for a week, did some mumbo-jumbo, sent it back, and the problem was still there. Meanwhile, school starts in a few weeks.
